Your Bone Diagnosis Shouldn't Stop You From Living Life...

My Osteoporosis Keeps Getting Worse Even Though I Stay Active..

  • You may walk, exercise, and do your best to stay healthy, yet your bone density continues to decline. It can be frustrating to feel like you are doing everything right without seeing the progress you hoped for. This workshop will help you understand why staying active may not be enough—and how the right type of strength training can better support your bones and muscles.

I Don’t Want to Rely Solely on Medication

  • You may be following your doctor’s recommendations but still wondering what else you can do to support stronger bones. You want practical steps that work alongside your medical care—not a plan that depends on medication alone.

I’m Frustrated Nobody Showed Me How to Safely Improve My Bone Strength.

  • You may have been told to stay active, lift weights, or “be careful,” but no one has clearly explained which exercises are safe, how much weight to use, or how to progress without putting yourself at unnecessary risk. This workshop will give you practical guidance so you can stop guessing and feel more confident about improving your strength safely.

Osteoporosis Makes Me Feel Older and More Fragile Than I Am

  • You may still feel active, capable, and full of life—but an osteoporosis diagnosis can make you question what your body can safely handle. It may leave you feeling cautious, limited, or worried that one wrong move could cause a serious injury. This workshop will help you better understand how to build strength, move with more confidence, and focus on what your body can still do.

MEET YOUR HOST

Dr. Scott Gray PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Scott Gray is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, and founder of Back in Motion Physical Therapy & Performance in Fort Myers. He has dedicated his career to helping active adults move better, become stronger, and continue doing the activities they love without relying solely on medications, injections, or surgery.

As the creator of The Gray Method™, Dr. Gray takes a whole-body approach to strength, movement, and long-term health. Rather than simply focusing on a diagnosis or the area that feels weak, he works to identify the factors that may be limiting a person’s strength, balance, mobility, and confidence.

During this free educational workshop, Dr. Gray will explain how safe, progressive strength training can support stronger bones and muscles, improve balance, and help reduce the risk of falls and fractures. He will also address common myths about exercising with osteoporosis or osteopenia and share practical strategies to help you stay active with greater confidence.

His goal is simple: to give you the knowledge, clarity, and confidence to make informed decisions about your bone health and continue traveling, exercising, and living life on your terms.
